"The heart of a volunteer is not measured in size, but by the depth of the commitment to make a difference in the lives of others."

-DeAnn Hollis

At Hill Cross Hospice we are in need of caring, and loving individuals of all ages to volunteer their time to give our patients a special memory.

Volunteers can be a vital role in our patient's lives by giving them moments of comfort and joy.

Volunteers provide service in three general areas; spending time with patients and families, clinical support, and helping with fundraising efforts.

Some Examples are:

  • Reading to Patients
  • Running Errands
  • Light Housework
  • Meal Preparation

***All volunteers will be required to fill out a volunteer packet and pass a Tuberculosis screening that will be provided.

If you are interested and want more information please contact us. The form to the right is a good place to see what all amazing things you can do to make a difference. Thank you!
